YOU Did It!

YOU Did It! is a new feature on StampinJewels which will showcase stamped artwork of my customers. Requirements = Use Stampin' Up! products (card stocks & inks are a must, and embellishments too, unless SU! doesn't sell the embellishment.)

This beautiful card was stamped by April McGrath. It uses Cameo coral and So Saffron card stock, Cameo Coral and Old Olive Classic ink, Metal Edge Vellum Tags. Techniques are Direct to Paper and Paper distressing.

Natural Beauty Stationery Folder

This BEAUTIFUL stationery folder and set sampler of the Natural Beauty stamp set was created by MaryAnn Pippen. It is a perfect example of what one can do with one stamp set, and one set of colors (card stock and ink.) This uses Always Artichoke, Close to Cocoa, Ruby Red, and Very Vanilla - with various embellishments, and wording stamps from various stamp sets. More Mustard ink is also used on the stationery folder.

These two examples show the a simple design "sketch" can be interpreted in slightly different ways - and yield beautiful results! The white "Thank You" piece was stamped by Tina Moore - and attached to a Tastefully Simple order from a party she hosted with TS. I thought it was too cute to waste - so designed these two cards. I chose colors Tina had used on the tag. What do you think?

Both Cards: Alphabet Soup (SAB) stamp set, as well as Simple Shapes stamp set; white eyelets; Classic Ink in Regal Rose, Certainly Celery, Apricot Appeal and Almost Amethyst.

Card #1: Card Stock is Almost Amethyst, Certainly Celery & Whisper White with Rose Grosgrain ribbon.

Card #2: Card Stock is Regal Rose, Certainly Celery & Whisper White with Apricot Grosgrain ribbon.
