Fifth Avenue Floral Card

This is the first of two make-n-takes for Carole E.'s workshop this weekend. It is a simple, elegant design for wedding or anniversary. I enjoy making cards of different shapes, and SU! makes this easy by having several shapes of Whisper White envelopes available. This one is for the Small Open End Envelope. It showcases the beautiful "Fifth Avenue Floral" stamp set, as well as the Sale-abration (SAB) FREEBIE stamp set "Whimsical Words". Also showcased is the NEW Pinking Hearts Border punch in the current Occasions Mini Catalog, the Designer Label Punch, the gorgeous Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon and White Stampin Emboss Powder.

Again - simple, elegant and quick to put together - my favorite combination! And it's good to be reminded that embellishing a card with some luxurious ribbon doesn't always have to be in a bow or tied somehow. Sometimes a simple strip adds that little bit of understated sublty and elegance that finishes the 'look' of a design. ENJOY!
